Spiff is a browser extension that reads publicly displayed vehicle information from a dealership web page you are viewing and helps you fill out a Facebook Marketplace vehicle listing form. Spiff assists with data entry only. You review every listing and you choose to publish it. Spiff does not publish listings on your behalf and does not require your Facebook password.
You must create an account with a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Spiff. Your account may be linked to a limited number of devices (currently [4]). Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that appear to be shared or abused.
We may offer a free trial (currently [3] days). Trials are limited to one per person and per device. Attempting to obtain repeated trials through multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension.

You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to circumvent licensing controls of the Service.
Spiff pulls data from pages you choose. You are responsible for verifying that information before publishing. Vehicle data may be incomplete or incorrect, and Spiff applies default values for some fields, which you must review. We are not responsible for listings you publish.
Spiff is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any dealership platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of Facebook Marketplace remains subject to Meta's own terms.
We work to keep Spiff functioning across dealership sites, but websites change and we cannot guarantee Spiff will work on every site at all times. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or listings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.
You may stop using Spiff at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
